There is a nice looking small building (Plasa Machi Mimi) from 1935 near the Northern pier at Kralendijk. Traders from Venezuela come to Bonaire everyday with vegetables and fruit to sell. There is a market at Wilhelminaplein every Friday at 9 a.m. with local handcrafted goods. At Rincon there is also a local and cultural market every first saturday of the month between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
